His name is found in a book by Marten Mikroen ''De Christlicke Ordinancien der Nederlantscher Ghemeynten Christi, die vanden Christelicken Prlnce Co. Edewaerdt den VI. in't iaer I550, te Londen inghestelt was''. The colophon runs "Ghedruckt buyten Londen, doer Collinus Vo1ckwinner, anno 1554."
