4 Aug 1835 - C.B. = The Court were informed pursuant the resolution of the last Court, that the only Share to which that resolution ws applicable was the Case of Mr.Barons who died in India in the Year 1821 [sic] possessed of a £200 Share and leaving a widow, but whose Will had not been proved in England, And that it was understood that he had made a will in India, under which his Widow would not be entitled to the Share It was then resolved that Mr.Barons's Share be now disposed of. --- 2 May 1837 - C.B. = A copy of the Will of Mr.Benjn. Barrons [sic] deceased who died in 1821 [sic] possessed of a £200 Share --- & a letter from Messrs.Hall & Sons the Solicitors to his late Widow's representatives addressed to the Clerk claiming the dividends to her death in 1832 were read: Ordered - That the Clerk do inform Messrs Hall & Sons that the Share not having been bequeathed by Mr.Barrons to his Wife the amount thereof without any dividends will be paid to his personal representative on his giving a proper discharge to the Company. --- 6 Jun 1837 - C.B. = [another letter from the solicitors - not complied with.] ---
