DUFF, E.G. (1905), p.35
CROKE (ADAM), stationer in London, was an original member of the Stationers' Company, having been made a freeman on November 5th, 1555. He died shortly after, leaving some money to the Company, which was paid by William Croke, his executor, in 1559.
