Further Notes

C.B. 7 Feb 1815 - letter from Elizabeth Bloxam, widow and administratrix of William B. deceased, dated 6th inst. - requesting permission to withdraw the money which her husband in his life time paid towards the purchase of a share --- in the name of his brother Mr.Richard Bloxam, and in the mean while that the Court would order that all dividends on that share might be paid to her in like manner as they were used to be paid to her late husband which was become the more necessary in consequence of Mr.Richard Bloxam having taken advantage of his late brother's death and received the last dividend to his own use. Resolved - R.B. to attend the next Court to answer --- and shew cause why his share in the English Stock should not be forfeited. --- C.B. 7 Mar 1815 - R.B. stated that his share in the English Stock was paid for on his own account, and that his late brother W.B. received the dividends for his use by an order from him. - Clerk to write to Mrs.Bloxam and state the purport of the answer. ---
