DUFF, E.G. (1905), p.31
COOKE (HENRY), stationer in London, was an original member of the Stationers' Company. From his position as third on the charter and one of the Wardens, he must have then been of considerable age. He gave various donations to the Company, but is not mentioned in the Registers after 1560.
