FYLKYN, or FILKINS (JOHN), stationer in London, though not entered on the charter, was an original member of the Stationers' Company, having been made free April 27th, 1557. He was admitted into the livery in June, 1570. He lived in the Parish of St. Bride's Fleet Street. His will dated 1574 was proved in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury. [24, Martyn.]
