HARVEY (RICHARD), printer in London, was an original member of the Stationers' Company. He is quoted by Herbert [III, p. 1312] as the printer of A decree between Churchyarde the poet and Camell, in which his address is given as Foster Lane. He also in 1557-8 had license to print Devoute prayers. He was also a bookbinder and was fined by the Company for binding great books in sheep's leather. His name is not found after 1565-66.
