1678-07-22 1680-02-04 PRO - Stationer of London. --- Treadwell, M. - Notes - To my dear brother Wm Leake all my share in the English Stock of the Stats Company - £320. Also to Wm. All my books & money & everything else, Wm. Sole exec. [MT points out that No John Leake has a share at this date. The only Leakke share is the £320 oart of William Leake (d.1673) which in 1678 belonged to his widow Mrs.Ann, tho from 1676 J.Leake signs for dividends & from 1680 a sevant to Wm.Leake signs.] - Codicil dated 23 Nov 1679 - Whereas I have forgot any legacy to my mother or to my loving brother and sister Bird. Mother £50 & £10 mourning. Sister Bird £100 & £10 mourning. Brother Mr.Bird 10gn & £10 Mournign & £!0 mourning for his children.
