LOW (HANS), stationer in London, was a brother of the Stationers' Company before their incorporation. In 1565 he was fined thirteen shillings and four pence for arrears in his quarterage. [Arber, I, 315.] There is a chance that he may be identical with John Loye Cf. { LOYE, John ‹ LBT 30042 › }.
