To Ann Smithson wife of John S of Leeds £500 To nephew John Scafe (?) of Knaresborough £500, his brother Wm Sc watcmaker of London £500 & their sister Eliz Sc £500. Tho Hesher, servant to Lady Lempster £500. Tim Goodwin, stat of L; Robt Knaplock, stat of L & Cha Freeman rector of St Bot each £10 mourning and £10 pa for 5 yrs to be trustees. The rest of estate to all the poor of England called Nicholson. Goodwin and Knaplock are to look after sale of books and copies, the money going to estate. Witnesses Wm Wood, Rich Tullens.
