OLIVER (GEORGE), stationer in London, is mentioned in the Stationers' Registers as having been fined September 30th, 1559, for late appearance on the quarter day. [Arber, I, 124.] Since his name is not found amongst those made free since the passing of the charter, he must have been a freeman before that date.
