1712-07-30 1712-10-01 PRO - Stationer of London. --- Treadwell, M. - Notes - As per powers he has under will of Wm Hildesley, he leaves the latters tenements at Wokingham Berks to his own son Wm. & heirs, then son John, then d Anne, then d Elizabeth - son Wm seems still to be under 21. To son Wm £20. To son John the Bear Inn at Colebrook. To Anne, all his wearing apparel except his best suit which goes to his brother Robert. To Wm., John & Anne go all his Mss and copies . All the rest goes equally to Wm., John, Anne, Eli[ ] To daughter Mary 5 sh in token of love she already having had lots at her marriage. To Sir Wm.Hodges, Wm.Barnsley of Inner Temple Esq., Mrs King, my brother Selcombe, my brother Robert, my brother John, and Mr Dodwell - each one of Dr Sherlock's books on Judgement bound with black leaves with "W.?." on the cover. Also one each to the three witnesses who are John Allen, Tho Betts, Nicholas Lambert - all seemingly of Cliffords Inn.
