Further Notes
Renter Wardenship - On 28 Mar 1626 Fetherstone was "Chosen rentor to ioyne wth mr Rothwell" who must therefore have been the previous year's junior Renter. Since Roger Jackson, not Rothwell, had originally been chosen junior Renter, Rothwell must have been elected after Jacson's death on 18 Jun 1625, presumbably at the next Court meeting on 22 Jun 1625. --- Mastership - On 3 Jul 1641 Rothwell, because of his "weakenes & disabillity" fined for exemption "from all places for ever hereafter". ---
