Bodleian Library - Gough A.260 The particulars of a leasehold dwelling house and shop, No.55, desirably situate in Holywell street, Strand, late in the occupation of Mr.J.Williams, Stationers, (Removing to Cornhill,) who will give an early possession; which will be sold by auction , by Mess. Skinner and Dyke, on Wednesday the 25th November, 1801, at 12 o'clock --- The House contains a large Room in the Attic Story, Four Bed Rooms, a Dining Room, neatly Fitted up, a convenient Shop, A Kitchen, Wash-house, and Cellars, The Premises are eligibly situate for any retail business, held for an unexpired term of 14 years 3/4 from Christamas 1801, at a low rent of 45{pounds} per annum. ---
